Let your organization know your talent "gift", and expertise. And your weak points. Admit the knowledge gap,
and create a plan to over come to those hurdles.Authentic expression goes beyond telling the truth: It
demonstrates a total congruence between who you are and what you do and say.
Leaders create Relationship.
