Kolter is concentrating on marketing Fairway Cove, a 93 unit single family home neighborhood with home from 1,831 to 2,020 square feet of living area. Since homes of that size will not satisfy the needs of everyone a common question is: "Does Kolter build anything else in Verandah?"
Kolter is now the developer of Verandah having purchased the rmaining inventory of land in October of 2012. Some of the land are scattered lots in mostly built out neighborhoods. Kolter has one lot in the Mossy Oak neighborhood where it is building a 4 bedroom plus den, 4.5 bath home with a 3 car garage containing 4,163 square feet of living space. In River Point Kolter has an oversized pie shaped lot which will have a 3,556 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms plus den, 5 bath home with a 3 car garage and circular driveway.
Kolter is building a 3,151 square feet of living space home with 3 bedrooms plus a den and 4.5 baths with a 3 car garage in 2 separate neighborhoods, Cypress Marsh and Cedar Hammock. There is a completed home in each neighborhood currently available for $599,900 and $615,900 respectively.
Kolter is also installing infrastructure for a new neighborhood to be called Woodhaven. The plans are to begin vertical construction by the middle of September and have 3 inventory homes ready for immendiate occupancy by the end of the year. The homes will range in size from 2,450 to 2,800 square feet of living space.
So, for the gated golf course comunity crowd we have something for everyone from 1,831 to over 4,000 square feet of living space in a delightful community retaining much of the essence of Olde Florida.
