I'm wondering how other real estate professionals feel about the effectiveness of individual websites for listings. Here are two examples of these websites.

I guess the trick is how to get clicks...
Seems like a nice idea if you can drive people to your site...good luck with that!
"A Quick Note"
I like the second one best too. I use V Flyer. Here is a link to one of my listings.

You can do a couple of things w/ it like a property flyer (you can attach to your website, blog, etc...) It also has a gallery option to scroll all of your listings. They automatically post any new listings to Zillow, Trulia, Oodle and bunch more and it's cheap. I think it's $12.95 a month and you can input quite a few listings a month. It also tracks how many people are looking at your flyer. I have not done this yet but they have a option where you map a domain name of your choosing to your flyer. Anyway I think it is a good bargain.
Kirstan, anything that give a listing more exposure is a good idea. You never know where that next Buyer is going to come from You may also want to add your links to the signature file of your emails. That way whenever you send out an email to anyone all your listing are also easily accessible.
Good Post!
