From the aerial, it looks almost like an oceanfront! Are the two lots in front of this one buildable? Do you know a good contractor who can give a client of mine an idea on the cost of construction of a 4-5 bedroom house? Thanks for the post.
The oceanfront lots in front are buildable from what I can tell. For contractors I would recomend talking to Joey Moore at Carova Beach Builders and Charlie Pool at Southern Comercial.
