Homes Closed in Omaha in the 3rd Quarter of 2013: 1235 units.
| • | Up 12.5% compared to the last quarter |
| • | Up 8% compared to the last year |
Homes Placed under Contract in Omaha in the 3rd Quarter of 2013: 1128 units.
| • | Down 14% compared to the last quarter |
| • | Up 5% compared to the last year |
With the number of homes for sale down and the number of sales up compared to last year, the market this quarter was better for sellers than it was in 2012. However the number of pending sales, while up compared to last year slowed in comparison to the previous quarter.
