Part 1: The Good.

Whatever age you are, there is a future in real estate

Part 2: The Bad.

You are what you make it. If you work hard, you will make money, if you don't, you won't.

Part 3: The Ugly.

There are many that don't understand that as a Realtor/Real Estate Agent/Broker or whatever you call yourself in this industry, you will at some stage be responsible for the largest investment one of your clients will ever make. Never forget it or take advantage of it. To the people that abuse this trust, leave. And may karma come back to bite you.

Part 4: The FANTASTIC.

This is the most amazing business/career EVER if you do it right. There is no Glass Ceiling, Retirement Age or Politics. It is truly what you make it, and with the help of AR to you will know how to, when to and when not too - The sky is the limit...and at Active Rain we are working on that too!
