As can be noted by the above numbers the over $1,000,000 homes account for 21% of all home sales in San Ramon. This is significant because one year ago the $1,000,000 home sales only accounted for 10% of homes sold. This is truly an indication that the San Ramon home market is back.

In all aspects, the trend for average sales price, number of units is moving upward as 2013 progresses. It would indicate that the market is strong regardless of the concern over interest rates moving upward. As I mentioned before, the interest rates are still the best ever.
