NO Picture No Showing!

One of the beauties of working with buyers in other states and in other countries is that we are able to send them homes that meet their criteria and email them property detail reports along with photos of the property.

However, I have come across listings in the MLS that just do not have a picture not even one.  Bad service to the seller in my book and I am not going to repeat bad service by sending my buyer details on a home with on photos for them to look at.  Therefore, no picture no showing.

One picture is still a poor representation of the marketing skills of the listing agent.  Buyers want to see more. I have had buyer's buy homes without physically seeing the home.  The pictures and the detailed report is what caused them to spend their money.

So to all my fellow Lister's lets bring make a big effort to really market our listings so that they sell quickly and for the highest price possible.

If you are looking to sell your property give me a call I will take lots of pictures to showcase your property.

Merline, you hit on a very hot button here and I could not agree more.  Hopefully there are times that something hits the market and the photos are just not quite up yet but when it is days, weeks or months later to me it is a shame.  How many other people don't look at it for the same reason?

Kelly yes i is very annoying.  Idon't knowif they are just lazy or hidding a gem.  When the house is on the market for weeks and months I believe it is just bad service.

The photos are the first attention getter so if there are none, there is no attention. The house will sit on the market.

if you are finding homes with NO PICTURES you need to be clicking that REPORT VIOLATION button the upper right corner of the new FLEX.

Apparently this is a flaw as a result of the merger that has slipped thru.

Merline- I have to agree with you.  With everyone viewing homes on the Internet today, to not have any pictures up is not doing a service to your sellers.

Merline, as a buyer's agent I just want to see the house as it is good and bad especially if it is a foreclosure!

Hi Merline - the lack of or no photos can be definitely be a red flag to buyers and agents alike.  First impressions count even before you drive up to a house for sale.   Be "show ready" when it hits the multiple listing service.
