My husband and I recently attended Dinner and a Movie night at Trius Winery Hillerband in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was a wonderful evening. This was the last of four. The dinner was delicious, prepared by the winery's chef. A different wine with each course.
There were 20 people at each table and we got to chat with couples from Toronto, Niagara and Pennsylvania which enhanced the evening.
"Sideways" was the movie of the night and it was quite funny with refernces to wine all through which added to the fun. We sat outside and watched it on a blowup screen. Chairs, popcorn and a glass of wine were provided and the weather cooperated.
A great evening and we sure look forward to attending again next year.
The dessert was a home made ice cream bar with blueberries and raspberry coulis. Dellightful.
