Trinity ISD to Host Low Cost Vaccination Clinic

Shots provided by the Texas Department of Health
The mobile vaccination clinic will be at the Trinity High School/Middle School from 9 AM to 1 PM. And then it will move to Lansberry Elementary from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The cost is:
$20 for 1 Shot
$25 for 2 Shots
$30 for 3 or More Shots
Parents are required to be present and complete the appropriate forms and shot addendum(s). For additional information, or to receive the forms in advance, please call the Trinity High School Nurse at (936) 594-3560.
