The community of Eastmark in Mesa Az is a master planned community developed by DMB Associates Inc. located off Ray and Ellsworth in Mesa, Arizona. Over the next 20 years Eastmark will be developing new homes, schools, parks, shopping centers, business parks and a new site for Grand Canyon University to break ground in 2014. Eastmarks sits on about 3200 acres between Ray Road to the south, Elliott Road to the north, Ellsworth to the west and Signal Butte to the east. There are currently 7 builders on site with 20 models to view; prices starting in the mid $200,000 with build times anywhere from 3-6 months. Homes are 1 & 2 stories; 1500-5700 SF; 3-6 bedrooms; 2 to 5.5 baths. There are 50 floorplans to choose from.
