Congrats on the quick offer!!  I have to admit I was caught by surprise at the spelling of the street name (not being an ice hockey fan apparently).  I had to look up to see if the city had not spelled correctly the street name.  Sure enough, they were correct as  Canadian French Canadien (“Canadian”) is the etymology. Never too old to stop learning.

Hm, that is interesting! We were also surprised at the spelling of the name. Funny though, the street sign is spelled Canadian Geese but the tax record spells it Canadien!
