For anyone who is a regular reader of my blog, you will notice that I submitted my first two entries in this months contest weeks ago but I waited until the last minute to submit my third. The reason is simple. I had only one more person to write about and at least 10-15 who I wanted to include and I was really having trouble deciding who to include in my final entry.
After much debate, I settled on Kevin Tolbert of Port St. Lucie FL for one simple reason. Kevin formulated a plan for success that we can all emulate and follows it. He isn't shy about putting it out there either as his post about his and his team's attempt to complete 500 listings or contracts closed and set a national sales record in the fourth quarter of this year attests to.
This may sound boastful to some but if you know Kevin as I do, you know that he is constantly trying to inspire others to achieve the same level of success that he has, and he has been an inspiration to me.
Kevin's post about "what I learned by growing my business" is near and dear to my heart because he really sums it up with the statement that "growth comes with hard work and long hours". My goal from day one in this business just nine months ago was to work harder and longer than the next guy or girl and beat them the good old fashioned way, with hard work and perseverance, and though I have not always been successful, that attitude sure has helped.
Kevin Tolbert is also a tireless advocate of his home state and his area of Port St. Lucie Florida. Take a look at this post about his love for Port St. Lucie and all there is to do and enjoy there and you may find yourself wanting to move there and live as well.
