The Franklin, Massachusetts real estate market has been steadily heating up...even into these cooler fall months. Appreciation is the norm in these greater Boston suburbs as the past 6 years of a down market seem like a distant memory.
Although Franklin, MA home prices and number of sales have risen, it was interesting to compare October sales for 2013 vs. 2012. The month of October 2013 alone does not reflect the overall improving market when compared against October 2012 and can only be viewed as a 30 day snapshot. Yearly trends continue to rise and 2013 has been one of the most stable real estate years since 2005.
