I'm working on Christmas Cards. To be honest, John and I only do one major business mailing per year, and that is our Christmas Cards. We used to do quarterly letters but as time went on, we were busy with work and family, and our client list grew, so that sort of fell by the wayside. But, we have continued to do a Christmas Cards. We are up to sending about 450 Christmas Cards per year. It's expensive, but it's worth it. We send to family, friends, business associates, clients and past clients. Despite the cost of it, I look forward to this mailing every year.
When we first started the business John and I hand made every single Christmas Card. As our list grew and our client list grew there was no way to maintain that. So, we started doing postcard type picture cards. I actually like them better than our hand made ones. And, our family has grown. 10 years ago when we started in this business we started as just me and John. A couple of years later we got our dog Roy (whom you might recognize from the profile picture in our blog - a photo we have used for many years). Then we had our first daughter in December of 2010. This year we had our second daughter in February. So, our picture has grown! Here it is for this year.
And this is the letter I am sending with the card this year:

It's been a busy year for us in the Boles Family and Jon Gosche Real Estate Here are a few of the highlights.
--Our second daughter, Claire Marie Boles, was born February 10, 2013. We can't believe she is already 10 months old!
--We have a new company logo (see above). Isn't it great? And with it we have new cards (included - 1 for you and a couple to pass out to friends and family :-)
--Our first daughter, Annie Jane, is 3. 3! Seriously, where has the time gone?
--I (Kasey) have taken over as Managing Broker for our office. Yes, even with the two wonderful daughters I am continuing to work full time. And, along with managing the office I am still working with buyer and sellers too, so don't be afraid to call! I've had several people over the course of the year tell me that they weren't sure that I was still working. I am! John & I would love to help you.
--We have hired other agents to help out. Along with me (Kasey) and John, we work with two other great agents, James Gannon and Kari Croghan. James has actually been with us for a year and a half and he is great! Kari has been with us for about 3 months and she is great too! As a team we can make sure that someone is always available to you.
--Our brokerage address changed. Please make note of our new address: 3931 S. Sumter Way, Boise ID 83709.
It's been wonderful and busy year. We are blessed in both family and business and are grateful to have you all in our lives. We hope to hear from you throughout the year.
