The Colorful Homes of Historic Charles Village in Baltimore, MD 21218:
A fantastic house just came on the market in this highly desirable block. It is not my listing, but I still want to share it with the immediate world. This is one of the grand dames, though it doesn't look like it from the outside, necessarily.

It is diverse and has a strong sense of community. It is part of the cultural scene that includes the Baltimore Museum of Art and borders the newly emerging Station North Arts District. Perhaps best of all for commuting Washington DC workers, it is just footsteps to Penn Station, where the MARC train can be picked up!!
