In 2012, there were four sales for the year ranging in price from $295,000 to $710,0000 with an average sales price of $442,000(median $381.500).   The average sales price per square foot was $373.47.   The high sales price is attributed to the sale of a three bedroom(remember I said rare) which had an effect on prices.
