Generational Differences
I recently found this survey done by the National Association of Realtors on how age affects the home buying trends and I found it to be pretty accurate in my career in Key West. One finding especially true was older buyers choosing a neighborhood for health care facilities and to be closer to family and friends. I often list a house for sale for just those reasons. Key Westers come to realize the limits of health care on our island and because of our geographic isolation find it harder to visit family as frequently as desired.
