If this is a positive sight, I have the best news ever. My client ( I have the seller) wants to move their settlement up by two weeks. Which means I don't have to wait till the end of the month. Isn't that great news! Who wouldn't want that?

Michele, That's great news. I had the lender tell me my client didn't have to wait til the middle of next month, we can close Friday. YIPEE!
