The early 1990's saw the first homes built.in The Woods of Deerfield. Some of the builders during that time frame include Jim Grona, Waterloo, Jarvis, and Burdick. I've lived in San Antonio for fifteen (15) years but Burdick is the only builder in that group still building, as far as I can tell.One thing I can say is the homes have held value and are still appreciating.
