The value of the Camas homes has risen (along with Clark County), which has reportedly risen 13%.

As you can see from the graphs below....available home listings are going down in Camas, WA. That means that there is less inventory to choose from in our town. There are an average of only 80 days on the market from listing to close, (that's short folks!)....so that means sometimes there will be multiple offers, especially on the homes that are under $200,000.

Camas Downtown features "First Friday Events" every month. It's just fun to go to Camas and see what's the fun for each month! Here is an excerpt from the "Downtown Camas" webpage:
First Fridays  (As you can see the 2014 events are not mapped out yet other than the general plan...but hey...some fun is a-cookin'! Come be a part of it!

"Camas First Fridays happen each first Friday of the month, every month of the year. Art exhibits featuring local artists, dining, themed shopping events, family activities and gift basket raffles are part of each First Friday line-up!
