Canal Pointe is a community of condos, single family 2 story patio homes and townhomes built in the late 1980s - early 1990s. You will enjoy 4 outdoor pools and 2 tennis courts. Plus, there’s plenty of walking and biking paths along the quiet D&R Canal. This is a very well maintained complex with its own on-site maintenance staff. Note: 2 bedroom condos comprise the majority of the units with a total of 250 for Canal Pointe and 125 for its sister condo, Colonnade Pointe. Canal Pointe condos Princeton NJ offer 3 models to select from ranging between 1000 and 1150 square feet. The Cloister model is the largest with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious eat-in kitchen and an open floor plan living room/dining room. The Belvedere is the middle size model with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, cozy kitchen and a living/dining room open floor plan. The smallest model is the Arbor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, cozy kitchen and the living/dining room combination. Every unit has either a balcony or patio. All units also have washer & dryers inside the condo. Many of them also have wood burning fireplaces. All of the “penthouse” third floor units have a vaulted ceiling in the living/dining room floor plan which creates an open and spacious feel. Each building has a total of 12 condos over 3 floors with 4 units per floor and a private secured common entrance. You will never have to worry about parking because there's plenty of spaces. Condo prices range between $215,000 to $285,000. Monthly association fees are $260-$285.
