Videos have been the wave of the future so so long now ... It takes time and patience, but once you start it will get much easier!

Hey VB - i took the first step and joined the group. I have all the equipment to film as far as I know. Nikon D3200, microphone, lights for camera as well as tripod for camera and additional lights but my real question is more on the lines of editing. Do you have any recommendatiions for video editing that do nnot have a 6 month learning curve and are not going to break the bank?
Well Jeff, that is a great question and after many years have mastered this problem ...
First make your videos in length of approx 1 minute.
What I will do is shoot video, if I stumble on words, etc. I will cut and do it over and over with my camera vs editing.
Also when I shoot video I will take a 5 minute video and cut it up into 5 - 1 minute videos with all similar words in the title but rearranged. This creates spiders within the world wide web.
I use a SONY Pro HD and load all my videos through an Apple Computer, and it's real easy for me to cut out scenes or divide 5 minutes into 5 - 1 minute videos.
"Good Luck" and I look forward to viewing your videos at the group!

Ah thanks for some Sunday motivation. I've got a bunch of video files on my camera that I need to process.
Your response to Jeff was very informative and could be a post in it's self.
Well thank you very much Sondra ... some food for thought! VB looks forward to viewing some of your videos within the group and by all means please share this group with your friends!
