Tour Factory Virtual Tour Exported as a Video File

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Stars Realty

The Tour Factory virutal tour company has taken virtual tours to an all new level.  Not only are the tours super easy to create but they also have a flyer feature, an export flyer to PDF feature and Tour Factory also exports your virtual tour to YouTube for you.  You also have the ability to download the video file from Tour Factory to your own computer, you can make a CD tour and better yet you can upload the video file to YouTube and pretty much any other video service providers using your own personal account.  This is a very cool feature because you can add a specific video title, you can add a extensive video description and you can add your own tags.  If you haven't seen one of these virtual tours before here are a few samples plus the video:

Sam, that is way cool, especially putting it on your own computer.

Now THIS is excellent news. It would be a great reason to make the switch to the Tour Factory Virtual Tour. Thanks for sharing.

Sam - Thanks for posting this info.  It may be time for me to move over from my current virtual tour provider.

Gary - You are certainly right about it being cool to download the video and have it on your personal computer.  I downloaded the file as an AVI, then instantly uploaded it to YouTube myself under my own personal account...I will upload it onto MySpace video tonight.

Vickie and Joseph - Exactly, the software is so impressive that I added it even thought I had 10 more months left from another virtual tour service provider.  The video feature and the flyer feature alone make it worth the switch.

This is exciting. It seems I recently read around here (AR) that posting properties for sale on YOUTUBE was technically not allowed--- although everyone does it. Do you any of the facts? I ask because my Broker is absolutely by-the-letter of the law...

Mara - I have heard the same thing before but Tour Factory actually has their own YouTube account with more than 40,000 videos on it so it looks like our personal videos will remain very small in the big picture compared to them.

Sam - tons of thanks for sharing your knowledge & resources. It seems that the video pics are a much sharper quality than what our office uses--- which I like, since I love photography & give a lot of time & attention to my photos.I like the format a lot, too--- the black bar & basic, easily read text/description. Our virtual tour company somehow has an agreement with the whole agency, although if I need any tech support or have questions, I can't contact them directly but must go through our one contact/admin person (who I've needed most on the weekends!). I'm thinking I could just have an additional video with this cool program, and substitute it for all my online marketing.... That's one reason I love AR--- I feel so much more connected to the bigger, real estate world and the first-hand knowledge & review of some of these wonderful products--- instead of waiting for them to come on down through the head office/committees/timelines/meetings/group training... THANKS again.

Thanks Mr. Miller---We here at TourFactory automatically post all tours to YouTube, LiveLeak, Blinkx, Yahoo video, Google video and many other sites no one else is syndicating to ...so yes it is fine and doable.  In Fact, we have a bit more than 40,000 properties nationwide on YouTube so far.  Make sure in your headers you put the specific details for search purposes and then make sure you add keywords too. OH and here is a new tour for you people that haven't seen what we do here in SOCAL.
