So far this year, overall home sales were at 1,777 homes sold, a 18% change from this time last year. New Carrollton Texas Real Estate listings changed 17% for the same period last year with 213 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 11% change with 2,285 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 9%, with 156 homes contracted.
