Homes for Sale with RV Parking in Indio CA It's that time of the year again, when all of the big motorcoach buses come rolling into town. RV owners from Canada and all over the country come to Indio, California to enjoy the warm, sunny winter months here. Today the 14th of January was a perfect 83 degrees outside.

Many of the home buyers I work with have motorcoaches that they need to take into consideration when purchasing a home. Indio has plenty of options for motorcoach owners to store their buses but I think the best option for RV owners is to buy a home that has RV parking right along the side of the house! There are actually quite a few neighborhoods in Indio that allow RV parking in the neighborhood. Many RV owners favor this option for storing the RV when their not out on the road enjoying it. Two of the top neighborhoods I recommend homes for sale with RV parking are Shadow Hills and Las Brisas, both in Indio. Almost every home in these two neighborhoods has room for parking the RV, boat, trailer, or any other toys you might have.

You know, your headline caught my attention as we don't have much of a need for homes for sale with RV parking here in Richmond, VA. I never thought of that being a must have, but as a Indio CA Realtor, you must have that criteria all of the time!

The need for extra parking is great out here. Shadow Hills is highly desirable for that reason! Great information.
