After 6 years of lower growth most experts fee that 2014 will be a year of good growth in the economy. In 2012 we started down the road of recovery. In 2013 that recovery showed signs of stabilization in most MSA’s. New construction will show the highest numbers of starts since 2005. Many of the families that stumbled a few years ago are now in a position to purchase again. These families combined by the Millennials should make the 2014 market the strongest in many since the recession.
