Home sales in the Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek area were up 32% in December 2013 compared to last year, with 119 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have increased 36%, with 1,391 homes sold. New Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek real estate listings decreased 6% from last year, with 85 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 14%, with 1,960 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was up 3%, at 68 homes.
