Home sales in the Little Elm area were up 10% in December 2013 compared to last year, with 103 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have increased 41%, with 1,563 homes sold. New Little Elm real estate listings increased 22% from last year, with 84 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 31%, with 1,907 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 19%, at 67 homes.
