There is No Normal…...

Great Blog about a "NORMAL MARKET", what is normal, normal changes and Sheila's blog makes light of some interesting points that redefine normal for us.

What's a normal market who knows

Original content by Sheila Anderson

People always ask about when the market will be normal again. What is that, I don't understand. The temperatures are below normal, the wind is worse than normal, and the market is more or less active than normal. Thing change, and what was once a standard or commonplace thing even a few years ago, is no more.

Do you remember the first cell phones? I had one of those and they were actually pretty magical. Imagine being able to talk anywhere un-tethered. It was pretty amazing and anything but normal. Today, our technology is very different, but is it normal, damn if I know.

I am very different than I once was and I view that as progress. Indeed most of us are works in progress. Every day we find new words, embrace new concepts, and if we are lucky, learn new things. What was once a very good word, has no meaning for me anymore. There is no normal.....get over it and get on with it.

When you think about real estate, it is time to focus. I have helped people for close to thirty years in all areas, and made the process not only simple but enjoyable. Why should you go it alone or settle for less? Call me and find a partner to help, direct and get you where you want to be.

I remember feeling extra special, better than normal, because I had a bag phone.  I carried it in my car.  It was great!  The phone bill was terrible, with roaming cost and such.   That's not the normal now.

HI JACK ... too hard to define because the "normal" changes often!

Good choice for a reblog Jack. I think normal is relative. It's what you're used to and comfortable with.

Thanks to everyone for their comments!  In this day and age, the new "normal" is constantly changing!
