Michelle, there should be a table of cost-benefit to show how easily each of these mistakes pull those C-notes from their pockets.  I had a customer who assigned $500 to every faux pas a Seller made.  It added up very quickly!

I never understand the difficult to show sellers. They often pressure their agent to get it sold, but stand in the way of that happening by not allowing access!
