Use # and digits for the exact transaction room number in the subject line for the millions of zipforms to go into the transaction room directly rather than as a million forms into the inbox that would then have to then be moved one by one afterwards.
We as Agents see the millions of forms in the transaction room, however, the consumer or recipient sees it as one big continuous form.
If you do the tagging on Cartavi iPad app using the internal Docusign feature there is no tagging lineup problem.
If you have one in person signer and one remote signer, traditional tagging is required i.e. do not use the new in person signing feature for this scenario.
If Agent needs to counter, this involves opening in PDF Expert, changing and then re opening in Docusign in Cartavi for a brand NEW Envelope. Cartavi will prompt if the newly revised doc needs to go into My Docs, Inbox or Tranaction Room.
Docs can be sent directly to recipients without accepting Cartavi invitations first. Ask Recipient to update browser if link will not open OR instead of IE ask recipient to open link with Chrome or Firefox. The Link is active five days only so resend the link if necessary.
Any docs can be sent directly from inbox before being placed in a transaction room.
Zipforms auto tags. Send to Cartavi from the desktop to eliminate tagging time.
Enhancement for integrated auto tag will be in the works.
Cannot resend a Cartavi invitation from the iPad. Enhancement DITTO is in the works.
Need verbiage when email link is sent that if look does not work, open link in updated IE browser or switch to Chrome or Firefox. This modification will avoid confusion when recipient cannot open link. Note that this Link can be sent to many others during the five days.
To send the copy of the check ( or any other needed extra forms),
photograph the check to email into the # --- Cartavi
Transaction room.
Now you can also open docs directly from Dropbox etc. to use in the Transaction Room. Cool!
