10% increase in values for Las Vegas in spring and & the years to come

Spring of 2014 in Las Vegas is going to show another increase in home listings. Values of homes in Las Vegas last year were up approx 27% and the values will continue to rise.

For anyone that's interested in purchasing a home in Las Vegas or Henderson, now is the best time to "pull the trigger"!

Interest rates are still reasonable and home values in Las Vegas will not be dropping for many years to come.
