Our new baby! 1st blog. Lead generation

     Hey everyone,

  I appreciate your comments on our new baby, he is perfect. His name is Samuel Jacob Thomason born 8 lbs. 3 oz. and the end of February.

   I am seriously going to put together a solid blog at some point when i get time, i am gathering ammo every time i am on Active Rain , but here is my armpit of a start. . I am just learning all the features and how to properly use Top Producer 8i , so my next objective is to create an outstanding on line presence, and there are so many people here to learn from and offer help to cpu illiterates such as myself.

  I have been a Realtor for 2 yrs. and really been devoting myself over the last 2 months, i was tired of waiting for deals to fall in my lap and decieded to start lead generating every day ( okay well at least 5 days a week ). So far it has been paying dividends, i am set up for at least 3 closings for the month of April. So if I can avoid falling into the "i've got more important things to do than lead generate" rut and I CONTINUE to lead generate every day i will be able to maintain a similar pattern throughout the year i hope and put that new baby thru college.!!!!!

  So success = lead generation. . Would you all not agree ?

Eric, lead generation is huge, but there is one thing even more important than lead generation and that is servicing those leads. A file cabinet full of names does no one any good - you've got to help them buy and sell.
