Woodland Park is a mountain town tucked in the front range mountains West of Colorado Springs.  With mountain living being a highly sought after lifestyle for year-round living and 2nd homes it is a popular area to live in not only because of the amenities offered and access to Colorado Springs to the East but also skiing in Monarch near Salida as well as Summit County Resorts, Vail and more.  

Woodland Park offers mountain living with city amenities including multiple grocery stores, hardware store, restaurants, library, Walmart and access to the airport under an hour. Properties range from townhomes & condos to single family residences on individual lots to large working ranches. 

In February 2014 there were 57 single family listings in Woodland Park with 4 bedrooms or more.  Of these: 

  • 44 are active listings
  • 6 are under contract
  • 5 are pending (not showing)
  • 2 are sold 

 

Of the active listings the average list price was $505,545 with 121 days on the market.  Of the sold properties the average sales price was $320,850 and 136 days on the market.
