Veteran Agents Tammy Holmes & Christopher Thomas Join Exit Strategy

Continuing a growth spurt that started January 1st, two more real estate industry veterans in Chicago have switched franchise brands to Exit Strategy Realty.  Both Tammy Holmes and Christopher Thomas are award winning agents and come to Exit from Keller Williams.

 

Tammy Holmes started her real estate career 13 years ago and counts REO/foreclosure among her industry specialities.  She holds an exclusive REO listing contract with a local bank, as well as REO listings from leading residential and commercials savings & loans.  She has been noted for awards and honorable mentions from the Chicago Association of Realtors, among others.

 

Christopher Thomas has been a real estate agent since 2003, after previously been a residential escrow closer for First American Title.  Christopher has worked in many of the city's noted neighborhoods, and won Sales Awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2006 & 2007 for being among the top 5% in sales volume, as well as being awarded the top dollar volume in South Shore in 2007.
