Yesterday, Darcy and I took advantage of a beautiful Spring afternoon to take in a matinee. I have to admit, I do love movies. I just really don't like paying theater prices when it is so easy (and less expensive) to watch them at home. We ventured out to the Loews Layton Hills 9 to watch the Veronica Mars movie. We got hooked on the TV series that was canceled much to soon. The movie was very good, but what caught my attention was the theater!
There were actually easy chairs to sit in to watch the movie, just like the comfort of watching it at home! It would have really been amazing if they reclined with a foot rest like home! It is a good thing that I was into the movie, because a nap probably would have happened otherwise! It was a good experience, and the theater was clean and bright, I would have no problem recommending this theater to anyone wishing to see a movie. I would mention that to me, the concession stand prices were outrageous! But I have that same complaint with every movie theater that I have been in.
The theater, as the name implies is near the Layton Hills Mall, which is a great shopping mall in Davis County! If you're considering watching a movie, this is a great place to do so!
