Home sales in the Irving area were up 0% in February 2014 compared to last year, with 102 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 4% , with 191 homes sold. New Irving real estate listings decreased 9% from last year, with 148 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 8%, with 312 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was up 18%, at 142 homes. Listings under contract for the year-to-date have increased 4%, with 252 homes under contract.
