"The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it's the illusion of knowledge." - Stephen Hawking
A great quote by a man who may arguably be the smartest man who has ever lived. As we go about our daily routine, prospecting, showing and selling, do we learn or do we know?
We've all dealt with another agent that has no idea what they're doing. Or a seller who knows it all because 20 years ago they sold a house on their own. Those are the deals that are usually the most difficult. The illusion of knowledge.
I would rather say "I don't know, let me find out the answer and get back to you" than pretend to have one, only to proven wrong. How do you deal with the illusion of knowledge?
