Founders Walk is located in Alexandria just outside of Kingstowne. It’s an upscale condo community in an ideal location; one light from 495 and 1.30 miles to Van Dorn Metro. Residents have easy access to a bus stop located just across the street from the community. Founders Walk has 201 garden style condos built between 1998 and 2000. The condos come in both 2 bedroom 2 bath floor plans and go up to 3 bedroom 3 bath floor plans ranging from 1,045 to 1,329 square feet. Some feature enclosed sunrooms while others feature a balcony. All of the residences have fireplaces and some of the condos are 2 levels. Residents at Founders Walk enjoy an outdoor pool, walking paths and tot lots.

Good morning, Amanda - sales activity has been good in the last year at Founders Walk. Obviously the new owners and other residents enjoy the spacious floor plans and features as well as the community amenities and convenience of the location. Nice concise recap.
