The neighborhood itself is a bit older than many of the subdivisions in Blakeney and was built in the mid 90's. Also unlike many neighboring subdivisions Polo View homes comes in a variety of different shapes, sizes, and colors. It began construction in 1993 and ended in 1995. Home sizes range from about 1250 sqft up to around 2500 sqft. The homes in Polo View are on the smaller side ranging from 3-4 bedrooms. Recently sold properties in Polo View have sold anywhere between $170,000 to $210,000 depending on size and condition of the property.
