Tim Crews was referred to a family that was looking to relocate to Fredericksburg area because of a job transfer. The family absolutely loved what Fredericksburg had to offer so they decided to move here and take a new job here. The family was referred to me from a Keller Williams Realty associate in Northern Virginia and we began our house hunt. Within a week, my client decided that they wanted to purchase in Lees Hill. They found their dream home and it had only been on the market for two days.. so they were concerned that we wouldn't win the contract with all of the competition for the community.
