Last week I had the privilege to deliver the keys to this home in Salem, Oregon. The buyers were first time home buyers, so they were very excited to get a place of their own!
It is an older, classic ranch style home that needed a lot of work. But, we were able to successfully negotiate the repairs with the sellers and get the work done. Everybody is happy now!
