Monthly Terravita Home Tour Friday June 27, 2014

Interested in keeping up with the market inventory of homes for sale, or are you in the market to buy a home?   The Monthly Terravita Home Tour may be a great "must attend"  for the last Friday of each month from October through June. Depending upon the level of interest this month, the Monthly Terravita Home Tour may extend for one more month through July.  The Monthly Terravita Home Tour of 12-16 homes currently on the market for sale has witnessed growing popularity each month, since its revival in February 2014.  Open to the public, REALTORS, and Terravita residents, part of the Monthly Terravita Home Tour success is attributed to active usage of social media by the Listing Agents, publishing the tour announcement  on websites, Facebook, Craigs List, REALTOR.com, Trulia, and Zillow to get the word out to the public, fellow REALTORS and Terravita residents.  You can follow us on Twitter #TerravitaHomeTourInfo.  If you have a twitter acccount follow me @gaylehenderson1 to make sure you get the latest announcements.  As a collaborative effort, a group of REALTORS from different companies listing property in Terravita, who currently have or had a listing in Terravita this year is automatically a part of  the "Core Listing Agents", enlisted to support the tour.   Other means of publicity include tour flyers posted in all of the homes currently on the market.  Additionally, the Monthly Terravita Home Tour publicizes the upcoming event on the For Sale signs.  One week before the event, look for the  special sign riders on each "For Sale" sign of participating Brokers announcing the upcoming tour- (Terravita Home Tour -Open Friday 2-5pm).  As the Tour Director, each month I send out a flyer embedded in an email to the  listing agents in Terravita, who in turn forward the invitation to their sphere of influence, or print it and distribute to the 8-10 real estate companies represented in the core Broker group.  Also, Monthly Terravita Home Tour attendees  have an opportunity to sign up at any of the Open Houses to receive an email invitation each month which includes an advance list of homes that will participate in that Monthly Terravita Home tour.  On the day of the tour, 75 bound guidebooks provided by our publishing partner are delivered to the gate house for distribution at 1:45pm.  Participating Home Hosts provide beverages or light nibbles at their discretion.  We welcome your attendance in this fun, informative community event.  Mark your calendars to join us the last Friday of this month on the Monthly Terravita Home Tour Friday June 27th
