I feel sorry for those who are dealing with the flooding.
I have had some very minor water issues, but I am not complaining.
But, there is one other segment we have not heard about.
Rain making it hard to get repairs done before closing.
WE have had so much rain that the contractors can't get the work done that is needed and we had 6 weeks.
If the weather holds out tomorrow, we will be done, in time for Friday's close.
I don't like cutting it so close, but at least we are not under water.
Hoping the weather improves for your tomorrow. You are free to send the rain down to Southern California. You have all of our permission to do so.

I am so sorry for the many people who are currently dealing with the flooding and for those who are dealing with the drought too. Too bad we don't have a way to pump the water from one part of the country to the other.
Gosh, we are supposed to get rain again tonight. And, I was down by the Crow River a couple of times this week, and I have never seen it so high, Bill.
It is almost ridiculous now, Bill. California and the southwest need rain, and we have way too much of it!
Sounds like maybe an escrow is the next option. It has been a hard spring to get work done.
The rain has delayed a lot of things including the planting of crops and some acres just won't be planted.
