Sound strange, well not really. The forecast is a lot like business: it is always there but not always ours for the taking. You see business, like the weather, is less fickle and more manageable than most believe. With a little planning and a good deal of preparation you can not only predict the outcome, you can prosper in it.
Be proactive, be prepared and be ready to get on with it and then and only then: get to it. Talk is indeed cheap but results speak for themselves. Cloudy with a chance of weather....hummmmm.
