It's 9:00PM and a tenant is calling me with a problem.   Temecula property management

She said she put chicken noodle soup down the garbage disposal and now her pipes are clogged. She wants me to get a plummer right over. I had to read her the lease which states that the tenant is responsible for pluming stoppages unless the stoppage is due to tree roots. She was not happy and put her husband on the phone. I had to repeat the same thing to him. He was not happy, they want the landlord to pay to service their issue.

Lucky for me as a property manager this is rare, most tenants own up to their issues and take care of them and call us only for the major issues. Being a property manager is never dull and does have it's rewards, but I would rather not have to think about it after 9PM.

I know it's part of the job of being a property manager.

Realty Works Property Management.

That's a little nervy especially at 9 pm.  I bet she pours bacon and hamburger grease down that drain, too.
