Leaving a Listing Appointment and Showing the Listing on the MLS BEFORE You Leave!

My broker and I have a system where I enter the basic information about a listing before the listing appointment on the MLS. We get information that we need from the seller(s) at the appointment. And then I take the photos, etc. Once the photos are uploaded and the information is entered, it goes “LIVE”. The listing is emailed to the client BEFORE I hit the door to leave.
We can usually get all of this done within 45 minutes. Listing at the speed of light.....
Clients are always impressed because most agents have to submit it to their "office", and it gets done when it gets done.
This is, I am told, superior customer service, and if there are any tweaks to be made, we can do them right there with the homeowner.
How can you do this? Possibly, with cooperation from someone in your office, you can do this, too!
