Here's a checklist of items you should consider when choose the ideal location for your perfect home:

                                                 Urban, suburban or rural

What kind of area do you live in? city, suburb or the country side. In urban areas like cities, homes and buildings are very close together. Suburban areas are places outside of cities. People who live in suburbs often travel to the city for work. In rural areas, such as farmlands, homes and buildings are spread out.

 How long will it take to travel between your home and place of work? If your commute is too long ,it can affect your quality of life and the time spent with family and friends.

 

 

Even if you don't have children,this is an important factor that affect the value of the home. Buyers will pay more for a home that is located in a highly desirable school district. 

      

      Homes located close to  rivers, lakes or parks will hold their value because of the location. Decided what nature setting you like, and what location would be best for future buyers.
