Meadow Bend experienced another active month during June 2014.  There are currently 6 active listings on the market with 8 properties under contract or pending for sale (as of July 18, 2014).  There were 3 completed sales during June with an AVERAGE days on market of only 10 days, and an average sold price of 96% of list (average sold price is reduced by one property selling at 89% of list price.)  Current list prices for active properties range from $129,000 to $205,000.  

Market conditions are greatly improved in this community over prior years.

Since we are in an active seller's market, the area has experienced a shortage of listings.
